Corporate Income Tax
Our Services include the following:- Registration of companies with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for CIT purposes
- Preparation and filing of the companies’ annual income tax returns with the IRS
- Processing and obtaining Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC)
- Liaising with the IRS to resolve queries and issues relating to CIT, if any
- Representation at tax audits investigations conducted by the IRS and other regulatory authorities, and resolving issues that may arise
- Reviewing corporate tax records to determine extent of compliance with the enabling legislation and identify areas of potential exposure
- Providing advice, based on hands-on experience, on the tax implications of new legislation, transactions and services
- Reviewing corporate tax records to identify possible tax planning opportunities to manage potential tax exposure
Withholding Tax (WHT)
We deliver a range of services in the following key areas:- Assisting with remittance of WHT deducted from vendors’ invoices and following up with thetax authority to obtain receipts
- Representation at routine WHT audits, and attending to any queries that may arise
- Rendering advisory opinions on WHT matters
Value Added Tax

- Registration of companies with the Value Added Tax Service (VAT Service) for VAT purposes
- Preparing and filing monthly VAT returns with the relevant local VAT office
- Representing companies at routine VAT audits, and attending to queries that may arise
- Providing VAT advisory services
